Now that you have an idea of what is important to your character it is time to articulate three as the three beliefs for your character. Focus on what your character believes right now, as you progress through your story you will alter and change those beliefs.
Remember these are things that your character believes to be true and will use to base their goals and decisions upon, But, you have already decided that your character is going to evolve and grow as part of the story you have picked. So don’t be afraid to have your character believe things that are wrong so that other characters can challenge those beliefs.
It can help to start with a Belief that sums up your character’s state of mind. Something that embodies the general attitude of the character. Then, choose one that directly ties into the current Leg of your story. Finally pick one that will cause you to carry out your expected roll on another character’s story.
